Please note that acceptance of these terms and conditions are a requirement of making a booking.
- Check in time 1- 2pm
- Check out time 10-11am
- Yabbaloumba Retreat facilities are for paying guests only
- To secure your reservation a deposit equal to the first nights stay is required within seven days.
- All rates and prices include GST and are firm at the time of deposit; otherwise subject to change without notice.
- Transfers and cancellations made within 14 days before arrival are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Refunds of cancellations after this time are subject to re-letting. Some conditions may apply.
- It is suggested that guests seek travel insurance (particularly for longer stays) to cover cancellations, loss of deposits, medical and other emergencies.
- Guests are responsible for damage, loss or theft from their cottage.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and only transferable once re-let.
- Smoking is only permitted on the grounds.
- No pets allowed.
- Deposit money shall mean all money paid prior to cancellation, including gift vouchers, which are paid in full and are non-refundable.
